Meet Shia: Owner, Master Esthetician,
Shia has been working in the skin care industry for over 12 years, during which time she has gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of skin.
Since graduating with her Masters in Esthetics, she continues her education with post graduate courses and seminars across America. To ensure that her clients are getting the latest in products and services, her ongoing studies include: Laser Technologies, Advanced Concept in Medical Skincare, Oxygen Technology, Advanced Treatments of Sun Damaged and Aging Skin, plus many other skin related categories. I’ve been a waxing technician for 3 years,
and I’m currently expanding my expertise through the Master Esthetician Apprenticeship Program.
Being part of the Glow Med Spa team has been such a fulfilling journey.
I’m constantly inspired by the incredible women I get to learn from and work alongside.
It’s a joy to serve our amazing clients and help them feel confident, cared for, and radiant in their own skin.
Randi: Waxing Technician
Randi received her esthetics license in 2020, and has been all in the industry ever since! She has focused her career on mostly body and facial waxing as well as skin treatments. Her love for the esthetics industry comes from her want to connect with individuals and make them feel the best they can from the inside out. Igniting others confidence is one of her passions, and she continues to do that here at Glow!
Randi knows that when you look good, you feel good, and knows this that helps her clients confidence blossom. Randis father was in the beauty industry and from a young age knew she wanted to work directly with people, helping them achieve exactly what they’re looking for. Being very attentive, energetic, yet calm and eager to give her best to her clients is what makes her best at her craft. Her curiosity and want to know all the ins and outs of skin care products, treatments, and procedures, keeps her on track with broadening her educations so she can keep her clients well educated.
Zoe
Zoë is a Virginia native with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry and 4 years as a licensed cosmetologist.
Her deep passion for her craft shines through in every service she provides.
Specializing in waxing, Zoë is known for her precision, professionalism, and ability to help clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin.
Whether delivering a flawless wax or creating a fresh new look, she is committed to providing high-quality, personalized care every time.

Hallie: Waxing Technician
Hallie has been waxing since 2015. She was hired as a waxer right out of school and has been hooked ever since. Her clients are the highlight of her career. Meeting and introducing new clients to the wonders of waxing and being a part of their skincare journey keeps her motivated. Whenever anyone is hesitant to transition into that wax life, she doesn’t hesitate to encourage them to “Go for it! It’s worth it!” She strives to assist clients in establishing and achieving their waxing goals.
Hallie prides herself in making clients comfortable, educating them on the benefits of waxing/importance of aftercare, and providing a quality service. Having the opportunity to learn, build relationships and make people feel good keeps her passionate in her field. In the future, Hallie hopes to get her Master Esthetician license and expand the services she can offer her clientele. The growing popularity and evolution of waxing has her excited about what is to come.
Lauryn
Lauryn began her esthetics career at the Georgia Career Institute, where she discovered a passion for continuous learning and advanced skincare.
Starting in Buckhead, she honed her skills in waxing before mastering techniques like lymphatic drainage massage, facials, detox treatments, EMS sculpting, and cryotherapy.
Her hands-on experience and dedication to ongoing education have shaped her into a skilled Master Esthetician.
Lauryn values building connections with her clients and finds joy in helping them feel confident and cared for.
Her goal is to create a relaxing, supportive space where each person feels pampered, empowered, and truly seen.
Sawaii: Waxing Technician
After receiving her cosmetology license in 2015, Sawaii’s been eager to explore every part of the beauty industry. At the early age of 8 she began experimenting with the latest trends from hair to nails on her twin sister. After working in salons and meeting so many great people, she is excited to build a clientele in the waxing industry and continue working with more awesome personalities. Sawaii can’t wait to meet you!
