Tammy: Massage Therapist
Tammy has over 15 years of experience in massage therapy and esthetics, holding active licenses in Virginia and California, including instructor certifications. Her passion lies in being a catalyst for others on their wellness journey, drawing inspiration from her own health and observations of people and animals. She believes in helping individuals find balance spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and nutritionally. Tammy is also a Reiki Master, certified Health Coach, and Board-Certified Holistic Alternative Psychology Practitioner. She’s trained in yoga, personal training, aromatherapy, and energy work. Her education began in the early 2000s and continues through regular workshops and self-study. Tammy enjoys cooking, playing hockey, martial arts, and caring for animals in her free time. She finds joy in daily tasks and embraces each moment with gratitude. Her holistic approach and joyful spirit inspire clients and students alike.
Rashel
Helping people feel at home in their bodies is truly Rashell’s passion. She has been a licensed massage therapist for three years, with hands-on experience in both chiropractic offices and spa environments. This diverse background allows her to combine therapeutic, results-driven techniques with a calming, restorative touch offering the best of both worlds in every session.
Rashell’s approach is intuitive and heart-centered, always tailored to meet each client’s unique needs in the moment. Whether someone is carrying stress, managing chronic pain, or simply in need of space to reset, Rashell creates a safe, welcoming environment where clients can fully let go and feel supported.

Biff: Massage Therapist
Biff Collins, known by everyone as Biff, is a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010.She trained in New York and later became a Licensed Acupuncturist.
Her education began at The Swedish Institute with a degree in Occupational Studies for Massage Therapy.
She further trained in Tui Na, Shiatsu, and Prenatal Massage. Biff earned her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Master’s in Acupuncture from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She combines Eastern and Western healing techniques for balanced, therapeutic treatments. Biff is also a DONA-certified Birth Doula, supporting moms through pregnancy and postpartum. She is passionate about helping others find their personal path to wellness. Her work focuses on creating harmony between lifestyle, rest, and nutrition. Biff is honored to walk alongside her clients on their healing journeys.
Jennifer
Jen recently relocated from beautiful New Hampshire and brings with her over eight years of experience in massage therapy and bodywork.
A 2015 graduate of the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, Jen offers a warm, nurturing presence paired with a confident, healing touch.
Her sessions deliver a deeply therapeutic experience that will leave you completely melted into the table.
Blending Eastern and Western healing modalities, Jen’s approach soothes the mind, body, and spirit in perfect harmony.
Her intuitive ability to be fully present with each client allows her to tailor every session to your specific needs and goals.
Mercedes: Massage Therapist
A June 2011 graduate of Career Training Solutions in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Mercedes Williams is a licensed massaged therapist who specializes in deep pressure, Swedish, and sports massage. Mainly focusing on the therapeutic aspects of massage by combining stretching, acupressure, and other connective tissue manipulations. She is very passionate about the wellbeing, health, and balance of one’s person. During the time of being a therapist she has helped those who have been in car accidents, chronic pain from injury, chronic migraines, degenerative disk disorder, sciatica, fibromyalgia, etc. Although very therapeutic she can also provide a wonderful relaxing massage that can be used as an escape from everyday stress. Positivity and happiness is the key of a stress free balance that is willing to be spread.
Ginger
Ginger is a highly skilled and compassionate practitioner, uniquely blending her expertise in both massage therapy and speech pathology. Her specialized approach focuses on the delicate muscles of the face, oral structures, neck, and shoulders, helping to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function.
Through massage therapy, Ginger offers both traditional relaxation techniques and targeted stretching strategies for the often-overlooked muscles of the head and neck. Her treatments go beyond surface relaxation, aiming to reduce pain, relieve tension, and restore balance.
Upon request, Ginger can customize sessions to focus on the face, head, neck, shoulders, and occipital ridge (the base of the skull)—areas commonly linked to tension and migraine headaches.
With her dual background, Ginger provides a comprehensive, results-driven experience designed to promote deep relaxation, lasting relief, and an improved quality of life.
Liz: Massage Therapist
Elizabeth (Liz) graduated from career training solutions in 2005 and has been performing massage therapy and body work ever since. In that time, Liz has learned expanded her massage and bodywork skills in various medical settings, primarily chiropractic.
You will find her intuitive touch is tremendous at locating and releasing muscle tension and myofascial pain. A broad“ toolbox“ of bodywork techniques enable her to take several approaches to provide you with excellent results. Liz’s philosophy is, “Everyone is different on the inside as they are on the outside as a result and respond differently to various techniques.”
She feels it’s not only important to locate a problem, but also determine the technique that provides the best relief. These techniques include but are not limited to: Sports massage and stretching, Myofascial release, trigger point, deep tissue, Active isolated stretching, Himalayan hot stone massage, reflexology, and pregnancy massage, Aromatherapy and cupping techniques.
Jalisa
Jalisa is a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist with three years of experience, Specializing in therapeutic and medical massage.
She
holds certifications in both medical massage therapy and Thai yoga massage.
She expertly blends therapeutic techniques to create transformative experiences that rejuvenate both body and mind.
With a deep commitment to holistic wellness, Jalisa takes pride in helping clients achieve their health goals through personalized care.
Outside of the spa, Jalisa is a mother of 1 who she finds inspiration in nature, enjoying invigorating hikes and serene moments by the water.
Jalisa believes that true healing extends beyond the treatment room and is dedicated to fostering well-being in every aspect of life.
