Coming back from COVID-19: We’re Ready To See YOU

We are pleased to announce that Glow Med Spa will be opening back up on Monday the 18th!

At Glow, our levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the rooms have always been higher than what the CDC requires, but our teams are now also doing full room wipe downs between clients in order to kill any traces of germs, bacteria or viruses and ensure that clients don’t touch anything in the rooms that has not been disinfected first.

We will be making a few changes in order to comply with the new Phase One guidelines that have been set forth by our governor, so please take a look at the list below in order to be prepared before coming in for your services.

* We ask that every client do a health check prior to coming in.

Check to see if any of the following applies:

  • A new fever (100.4°F or higher) or a sense of having a fever?
  • A new cough that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
  • New shortness of breath that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
  • New chills that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
  • A new sore throat that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
  • New muscle aches (myalgia) that you cannot attribute to another health condition.
  • If YES to any of these, clients may not be allowed to get a service with Glow at this time.

Everyone in the building must have a face covering, so please have a mask on before entering. At this time, we are not permitted to perform any services which would require the removal of the face covering, so this means no facials, peels, dermaplaning, lip or chin services. We have also decided not to book massages at this time due to the mask restricting breathing while face down.

Please stay in your car and call our front desk when you arrive. Our coordinators will let you know if you are able to come in or if we need you to wait a couple minutes in order to ensure that there are not too many people in the waiting area.

Every client needs to come alone, so please refrain from bringing any family or friends with you.

Thank you for your patience and support as we navigate these new protocols. We look forward to seeing everyone again!

For an appointment, contact your favorite spa location.

Northside | Short Pump | Midlothian

We look forward to helping you get your needed treatment, as soon as possible.

p.s. We are only opening our Henrico and Chesterfield locations, Northside, Short Pump and Midlothian. The Waxing Station building is in Richmond and will not be opening up just yet due to Mayor Levar Stoney’s request to Governor Northam.

The Waxing Station team will be coming over to the spas to work, and their clients will be called to reschedule to a different location.
