Gabrielle: Spa Manager (Photo coming soon!)
Gabrielle’s extensive customer service and management experience help her welcome each Glow client with grace. Whether your trying to decide on the best facial treatment for you, which massage to get for your mother or wondering if laser hair removal is right for you, Gabrielle will help you navigate the wonderful breadth of Glow treatments available.
She is currently working on her BC in finance and business at the University of Richmond graduate. In her spare time, Gabrielle volunteers for a horseback riding rehabilitation and special needs center for children, playing golf, and spending time with her beautiful baby girl and husband.
Shirley: Spa Coordinator
Shirley, a Glow Med Spa Coordinator for over two years, prides herself with the value of customer service. She loves talking with people, and it’s her goal to help all clients feel comfortable and relaxed before seeing their service provider.
Shirley is working towards her Social Science Degree to one day positively impact the world of economics and social program development. Her studies in social development add hospitality and exquisite customer relations to Glow Med Spa.
Whether calling to learn more about the different types of facials or trying to squeeze in a Brazilian wax during your lunch break, Shirley’s professionalism and dedication to customer service will leave you with a positive impression. Genuinely caring about the clients and her life loving attitude, Shirley will always welcome you back with a warm smile.
Jennifer: Spa Coordinator
Jennifer is here to help ensure that your visit at Glow is always a relaxing and pleasant experience. Her love and determination to help others drives her to always accommodate your every need; whether it be to help you book your next appointment or to help you with spa treatments and product information.
Currently, she is finishing up her psychology degree at Virginia Commonwealth University, in hopes to become an art therapist. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and adores her kitten. She loves reading classic literature and relaxing in the outdoors.
Veronica: Spa Coordinator
Veronica has been working in customer service for 7 years. She is sure to welcome every single client that walks through the front door with a greeting and a warm smile! Veronica is a people person and loves to help clients. From booking an appointment to answering questions about spa services provided, Veronica know Glow’s services and products to assist you.
In her free time she enjoys eating out at different restaurants, watching movies and spending time with close friends and family… As well as taking random mini trips out of town.
